Terms of Service
Version 20 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and ContentFactory (contentfactory.today) for using the service. By creating an account, or by accepting them in the app, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
ContentFactory, operated by its owner as a sole trader. You can reach us at contentfactory.today@gmail.com.
2. The service
ContentFactory turns news from the sources you choose into drafts, publishes what you approve to your website and the channels you connect, and helps you answer comments. We work to keep it available and correct, but it is provided “as is”: it can be interrupted, change, or make mistakes, including in AI-written drafts, and we do not promise any particular result.
3. Your account
You must be 18 or older, or have the permission of someone who can agree to these terms for you or for your organisation. Keep your password and sign-in emails to yourself: you are responsible for what happens under your account. An account is for one person; invite teammates instead of sharing a login.
4. Your content and your responsibility
You own the content you bring and publish, and you are responsible for it: the sources you add, the drafts you approve (including drafts written by AI), the replies you send, and following the rules of every platform you connect, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram, X and Threads. You let us store, process and publish your content only as needed to run the service for you.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use ContentFactory to send spam; to publish unlawful, infringing, hateful or deliberately misleading content; to impersonate anyone; to scrape or overload other services; to abuse people or our systems; to create accounts or workspaces to get more trials or capacity than you are allowed; or to get around limits we set. We may suspend or close an account or workspace that breaks these rules, and we tell you why when we can.
6. Plans and payment
ContentFactory Pro is a paid plan for one workspace. Its prices are shown to the workspace's owners on the Billing page.
- The first workspace you create has a free 7-day trial. Each person gets one trial: a later workspace, or a new account for the same person, starts without one.
- By card: Stripe processes the payment, and we never see your card number. The subscription renews every month until you cancel it from the Billing page; cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for.
- If a card renewal fails, the workspace keeps running while Stripe retries the payment, for up to 21 days after the paid month ends.
- By bank transfer: you prepay 1, 3 or 12 months (12 months are priced as 10) and put the transfer's code in its note. Your paid time starts where your current time ends, or when you tell us you have paid if that is later, and counts once we confirm the money has arrived. Once you tell us you have paid, a workspace that has been paid for before keeps running for up to 72 hours while we check (not if a transfer of yours was rejected in the last 30 days), and those days count toward the term.
- We do not refund unused time, except where the law requires it.
- A workspace that is not paid for pauses: nothing is fetched, drafted or published, and its reader site stays online. Paying resumes it. A paused workspace is deleted 30 days after it paused if it was never paid for, or 90 days if it was; we email its owners 7 days and 1 day before.
- We announce a price change at least 30 days ahead; it applies from the first renewal or term that starts at least 30 days after the announcement.
AI usage: Pro includes a monthly AI allowance, and a trial includes a smaller one.
- The allowance resets on the 1st (UTC).
- Usage is measured as charges based on each model's list price, the platform's rates and an exchange rate for đồng; Billing shows the allowance and how much of it has been used.
- Rates and the exchange rate can change at any time, apply to usage from that moment, and never re-price past usage.
- A cut to the included allowance is announced 30 days ahead; an increase applies at once.
- Past the allowance, AI writing pauses unless the workspace has AI credit (bank payments) or an extra budget (card payments, where offered); usage on an extra budget is charged on the next card invoice.
- AI credit is prepaid in đồng, never expires while the workspace exists, is non-refundable except where the law requires it, and is lost when the workspace is deleted.
7. Ending
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page in the app; the sites you are the only member of are deleted with it; if you are the only owner of a site that others share, transfer its ownership first. We can end the service, or your access to it, with reasonable notice by email, or at once for a serious breach of these terms.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, or for anything published by you or on your behalf, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
9. Changes
When these terms change, we announce it in the app, and the new version applies once you accept it on your next visit. The version at the top of this page is the date of the current terms.
10. Disputes
If something goes wrong, contact us first at contentfactory.today@gmail.com; we will try to resolve it within 30 days. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, and a dispute we cannot resolve together goes to the competent courts of Vietnam.
